Most organizations we talk to are not short on AI ideas. They are short on AI that actually runs.
The pattern is familiar: an exciting pilot, a promising demo, and then the project stalls. Nobody owns the integration with existing systems. The model works in English but struggles with the Arabic your customers actually write. The vendor delivers code and moves on, and six months later the system quietly stops being used.
We started AI Lab to close that gap.
What we do
We build, deploy and maintain AI systems for businesses and public institutions. Our work falls into six areas:
- AI agents and automation that take repetitive work off your team
- Arabic customer service AI across WhatsApp, web chat and voice
- Document and archive intelligence for Arabic and English paperwork
- Computer vision for safety, security and operations
- AI-powered platforms built around your workflows
- Infrastructure and consulting so it all runs securely and affordably
How we work
Every engagement starts with a business outcome, not a technology. We agree on what should change, such as hours saved, response times or backlog cleared, and scope the smallest system that proves it. The first project is fixed in scope and price.
Then we ship to production, integrate with the systems you already use, and stay on. AI systems drift as your data and processes change, so monitoring, retraining and improvement are part of the service, not an afterthought.
Built for this region
We are based in Baghdad and we build for Arabic-first and Kurdish-speaking teams as well as English. That means right-to-left interfaces that feel native, models evaluated on real dialects, and deployment options that respect data-residency requirements.
Let's talk
If there is a process in your organization that is slow, manual or stuck in paper, tell us about it. We will tell you honestly what AI can and can't do for it.
